Support tickets and useful diagnostics

Contact support with actionable context while keeping credentials and private data safe.

Open a useful ticket

Use the authenticated Support area to open or follow a ticket. Include the site or service, environment, what you expected, what happened, when it began, and the exact visible error text. Mention recent changes that may be relevant.

Attachments and privacy

Share only the minimum diagnostic material needed. Redact email addresses, tokens, cookies, private URLs, database values, and customer records. Do not attach private keys, full database backups, or configuration files containing secrets. Ask support for an approved secure transfer method if sensitive evidence is essential.

Follow-up

Keep related updates in the same ticket so context is retained. A ticket acknowledgment is not the same as resolution; wait for a clear explanation of the fix and any follow-up action required from you.
