Billing records

Use the portal Billing area to review the billing information presented for your account, including invoice and balance views where available. Service records are separate from WordPress site tools. The portal is an authenticated view; this guide does not expose billing API routes or customer-specific data.

Questions or discrepancies

For an invoice, payment, or service discrepancy, open a support ticket from the portal and identify the invoice or service using the reference shown in your account. Never send full payment-card data, passwords, or identity documents through an ordinary ticket unless support provides an approved secure process.

Your service and site

Invoices and service records are managed through your burnEngine account. Site health and environment status appear separately in the WordPress Toolkit. Contact support if your billing record and site availability appear inconsistent.
